I help ordinary people build extraordinary bodies without sacrificing their lifestyle. Having worked with many different clients with so many different body types, I know what works and what doesn't.

As a personal trainer with over 10 years experience and certificates in nutrition (specifically the plant based diet), mobility, fat burn and overeating, my aim is to take you on a personalised fitness journey to a body you love & a lifestyle you can maintain.

I’m on a mission to break down misinformation around food, remove the barriers and help restore healthy relationships between all foods and all bodies. I practice weight-inclusive, non-diet nutrition – no fad-diets, meal plans or strict rules. We work together to find a way of eating that suits you. I am an evidence-based nutritionist – all of the advice I follow and share has a solid basis in high quality research. I focus on weight-inclusive health and wellbeing and advocate for Heath At Every Size (HAES®) and Intuitive Eating. Nutrition (ok, food) has always been my favourite topic, but it hasn’t always been my job. I spent 15 years working in fashion between degrees, and whilst I’ve swapped fashion magazines for research journals it was the best decision I ever made. That’s not to say I didn’t learn anything during my time in fashion: I developed vital skills in communication, motivation, coaching, team building and strategy which really come in handy when working with people and running your own business. From a personal perspective I understand that figuring out what to eat isn’t always easy – I have had food allergies my entire life and have always had to pay attention to what I eat but without letting it take over my entire life.

My name is Jogee Chauhan and I have been in the field of fitness for the past 12 years. I initially started working out to keep myself fit like every other person but it soon became an addiction. Even though I was working with an MNC with irregular shift timings, I never skipped or forgot to do my workout. Over the years, I grew more passionate about fitness and finally made a decision to become a personal trainer. I immediately joined ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and became a certified personal trainer, thus making my passion my profession. I am constantly driven by the incredible sense of fulfilment I feel when I help someone achieve their goals. I believe that people can positively change themselves and their bodies, and I will move heaven and earth to ensure that each and every person who works with me under my guidance leaves feeling happier, more confident, and healthier.

Health and fitness has always been my passion and after spending the past 15 years helping people achieve their health and fitness goals from my gym in Buckingham, I decided to take my Personal Training services online. My clients have achieved unbelievable results through my online personal training plans and I wholeheartedly believe in helping people to change their lives for the better, equipping them with the knowledge needed to lead a happier, healthier life. I have trained many athletes in my time, but I gain more satisfaction from helping regular people who lead busy lives and want to improve their health. My extensive experience in personal training and nutrition means I know how to get real results for my clients by personalising a programme specifically to you and providing continuous support and motivation, helping you to achieve the results you want in record time. It would be easy to assume online PT means losing the ‘personal’ aspect, but I know there is no one size fits all method or single template for success. All of my online personal training packages are completely bespoke. There is no copy and pasting plans, I get to know you as an individual, determine what is realistic for you in terms of time commitment, and never compromise on communication. I know it's easy it is to compare ourselves to others, but it's important to remember that there aren't two fitness journeys that are the same. I will meet you where you are in your fitness journey and personalise your workouts, nutrition & weekly goals so you can see progress in the way you need to. It will make working out & eating healthy an enjoyable & realistic part of your life

I'm a firm believer that you can still maintain a social life, even when you're on a fitness journey. You can still enjoy drinks with your partner or pizza nights with friends. These things will always be a part of your life, so instead I'll teach you how to optimise your nutrition around them, how to include more protein & overall eat all foods in a healthy balance... without compromising your lifestyle. I take great pride in my clients never feeling like they're "on a diet"

As your trainer, I care about not only saying "do this, do that" but instead "do this because, do that because". I will help you understand why I give you the exercises I do or suggest the meals I do. We will slowly adjust everything from where you are now to where you want to be & I'll explain everything along the way. This means you won't bounce back after and you will maintain your results even when I'm not there.
